Redeeming these codes in Genshin Impact 3.0 once you’ve obtained them from resources online or through the streams is actually quite straight-forward if you’re a PS5 or PS4 gamer playing. Simply head on in game to the “Settings,” and under your Settings sub-menu, select “Account.”

From the “Account” dropdown, you’ll see an option for “Redeem Code,” in which you can paste or manually enter your code and hit ‘redeem’ to have them appear in your mailbox shortly afterwards.

Then head over to your “Mail,” and you should see the “Reward – Code Redeemed” appear in your mailbox which you can then claim – this should grant you Mora and Primogem, along with other rewards. 

The alternative method, for PC and mobile users, is to simply head on over to the Hoyoverse official site, locating the ‘redemption’ page, and entering in the codes one at a time. You must select the server you’ll want to receive the rewards on, your character information, and then copy the code into the corresponding box. 

Once you’ve done this, they’ll appear in your in-game mail in the same manner. You’ll need to ensure you’re at least Level 10 (Adventure Rank 10) or higher to claim them.
