While the default sparrow you’re given as a reward is enough for most situations, you can also get an Exotic sparrow which has a faster speed and a few other perks.
One good example is the Exotic sparrow named Luminous Paragon.
This is a new sparrow that’s part of the Guardian Games, and if you’re aiming to get this one, this guide will show you how.
How to Get the Exotic Luminous Paragon Sparrow in Destiny 2
The Guardian Games is a yearly event in Destiny 2 that normally takes place in the month of May.
It features a bunch of activities that you can join in order to get your hands on some exclusive rewards. These include brand-new weapons like the Taraxippos and The Title, a new set of armor ornaments, and the new Luminous Paragon Exotic sparrow.
In order to obtain the sparrow, you will need to complete the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Triumps.
You will be able to complete them by farming Medallions and banking them on the podium located at the Tower.
This will let you earn class points which will increase your progress toward getting the sparrow.
After completing the Platinum Triump, simply hover over the Platinum Triump and click on it the claim the Luminous Paragon sparrow.
How to Farm Medallions for Faster Progression
The amount of Medallions you have to farm increases once you reach to the Platinum Triumph. Luckily, there are a few ways you can do to farm them as quickly as possible even as a solo player.
Basically, it all revolves around buying any of the Platinum Cards from Eva Levante in the Tower. Probably the easiest method is to do the Platinum Card for Neptune.
Here, you have a number of options. You can choose to do Partitions, Lost Sectors, Competitive Playlist, as well as Lightfall campaign missions.
All you have to do is land final blows on any of these activities.
These will grant you lots of Medallions in a very short time which you can then use to obtain the Luminous Paragon sparrow.
