Using Royal Ghosts in Clash of Clans

The Royal ghost is a temporary troop during the Halloween event. It has a very high damage per second but has low hit points.

His special trait is that he can turn invisible for 12 seconds after deployment. This means that he cannot be targeted by defenses like Sneakly Goblins in the Builder Base.

In terms of targets, they have no exact preference. Instead, they will attack the closest building. The Royal ghost cannot also be harmed by traps or indirect damage. His attacks also freeze buildings like the Ice Golem and he cannot be donated to clan castles.

Strategies

Offensively, they have a quick training time so they can be used as farming troops like Barbarians. Their high DPS makes them against defensive buildings. Importantly, Royal ghosts do not trigger Clan Castles, so they can be used to reach exposed Clan castles.
