How to Unlock the Dark Ranger Customization Options and Transmog Set in World of Warcraft
Unlocking this new set is pretty easy and only requires you to complete a single quest. However, the questgiver will vary depending on which faction you belong to. If you’re from the Alliance, you’ll need to speak to Genn Greymane inside Oribos.
If you’re from the Horde, you’ll need to speak to Calia Menethil who’s just right beside Genn Greymane.

Complete an Abundance Event in Zul’Aman – WoW MidnightMay 25, 2026The quest is pretty simple. You just have to follow the quest marks, exploring areas and interacting with NPCs along the way.
After completing the quest, you’ll then get the Return to Lordaeron achievement which will give you a title as well as the Dark Ranger customization options upon creating a new character.
Alternatively, if you’re a Hunter, you’ll be able to purchase the set from Outfitter Reynolds for 1000 gold inside the Hunter’s Lodge. Do take note that the Dark Ranger customization options are only available for Elves, which in this case are the Void and Night Elves for the Alliance and the Blood Elf for the Horde.
