One of the most unique features of the game is the ability to build your own castle, which requires a lot of resources. One of which is Glass.

How to Craft Glass in V Rising

Glass is a smelted product of Quartz, which is a kind of ore found on the map. No matter where you are, there is a high chance of stumbling upon a Quartz, so it’s best to keep a close eye on one.

The Glass Recipe can only be unlocked by defeating a boss. This guide will teach you how to unlock the Glass Recipe and the method of crafting Glass.

Crafting Glass

Before you can craft Glass, you will need to unlock the necessary recipe first. You can obtain the Glass Recipe by defeating a boss named Christina the Sun Priestess.

Simply go to your Blood Altar and track the boss’ blood to know its whereabouts. Once there, defeat the boss, and you will unlock the recipe. Now that you have the blueprint, you can craft a piece of Glass by putting 15 to 20 Quartz into a Furnace.

Quartz can be mined from Quartz Nodes all across the map. They are usually scattered around Dawnbreak Village to the east and Dunsley Monastery to the west. However, the best farming locations for Quartz are in Cave Systems, where they are most abundant.
