The Last Spell: How to Rotate Buildings and Walls
The positioning of a building can play an important strategic role, especially when you’re protecting a city from a zombie apocalypse. But can you rotate buildings in The Last Spell to take this fact into account?
When fighting for survival in the Last spell, you’ll need to take every possibility into account. Even smallest decisions can make a difference during a zombie attack. Obviously, you’d probably want to choose which direction your buildings and walls are facing, but there doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to rotate them…
How to Rotate Buildings and Walls in The Last Spell
Unfortunately, there is no manual way to rotate buildings and walls in The Last Spell. Walls always rotate on their own, to match the closest walls you’ve already places, while buildings all face the same direction.
Will You Be Able to Rotate Buildings in the Future
As the game is still in early access there is a chance the option to rotate buildings will be added to the final game, but there’s a small chance for that. A lot of players have mentioned this issue, but according to the developers, the game’s engine itself does not allow buildings to be rotated.
But there is a possibility that some other solution will be implemented. Some players have suggested to implement two types of building placements – vertical and horizontal – you could choose from the construction menu. But for now, it’s hard to say if the problem is important enough for the developers to work on it.
