40 articlesYou can level up and increase your rank in Skate 4 by gaining Rep. That said, the system is a bit of a unique one. There’s no account-wide level system, for one, at least not currently. Instead, your Rep goes toward your level in each one of the game’s individual zones! In this short guide, we’ll tell you how this system works and how to get more Rep and levels.
How to Level Up & Increase Rep | Skate 4
As we mentioned before, Skate 4 does not currently have an account-wide level system. Instead, you get different ranks and levels for each of the game’s 4 different zones. You can check your Rep level in a zone by hovering over it on the world map.
You’ll gain a level each time you get to a specific Rep milestone. For example, you can see that the player in the screenshot above has more than 1900 Rep in Hedgemont. This is enough for them to rank up to Level 3 in that particular zone!
To actually “cash in” the Rep and level up, you’ll need to go to the Skate Shop. You can get there quickly by just pressing the right stick while hovering over the zone where you want to level up. This will also unlock new items for you at the Skate Shop, of course.

As for how to get Rep, you can get it by completing Goals in Challenges within a zone. You can see the Rep rewards while hovering over any of the Challenges in the world map. They are the purple upward arrows, as shown above. You’ll gain Rep toward whichever region the Challenge takes place in whenever you complete a Goal. It’s as simple as that!
So, there you have it! That’s how to level up and increase your Rep in Skate 4. Completing Goals in Challenges won’t just help you increase each zone’s rank, though. You’ll also work towards unlocking more zones, as well. Take on as many Challenges as you can!
