One thing you are going to notice is that crystal meth will require various ingredients, including something known as “pseudos” that you might have realized by now is not in any of the usual stores you can buy from. Here is how to unlock the ability to buy some of them.

The way you can unlock pseudo is actually very simple, and you are pretty much required to go through this in order to start cooking crystal. The game pushes you to do the necessary steps if you follow the quests and dialogue closely enough.

Basically, you just need to be able to unlock the Westville area. This will open up new potential customers and a new supplier, which you can unlock by progressing through the list of possible contacts just like you did with the very first zone.

When this happens, you can now start coordinating new dead drops from her. This works just like your very first supplier for OG Kush seeds, but instead of plants, this NPC will be selling you different types of pseudo.

Again, just like the first one, you will have to build up your relationship with this supplier to unlock better materials. To start with, you can buy some pseudos of a particularly low quality, which will obviously result in some mediocre crystal meth.

You will just have to deal with this for the time being as you continue to build up your relationship meter with Shirley Watts. Make sure to pay your debts in time by leaving physical cash at the dead drop beside the warehouse, which is where all payments to her are made.
