In this guide, we will be showing you how to increase your Qubit level, which you need to do in order to get further into the game.
How to Increase Qubit Level in The Alters
Long short, in order to increase your Qubit level, you will just need to find the damaged Qubit chips from boxes all around the map. Once you have one, you should go and talk to your technician alter in order to learn what you are supposed to do with them.
The story if fairly linear, and it will nudge you in the right direction throughout its few acts, so you should be able to find the chips out in the world by simply running around and opening every container you can find.
In the first act, you only really find one, and it is how you can start researching new technology as well. There are at least three of these to find, since you only go up to Qubit level 4. Just keep exploring and checking every box out in the wilds, which look like this:

Fixing a Qubit chip will require quite a bit of metal and minerals, but it is a small amount for how much you benefit from it. Just repair it at your workshop and insert it into the computer to level up your stats.
