Throne and Liberty has all sorts of resources with varying rarities, and they are used in a wide range of crafting and even guild-related applications. In this guide, we will be showing you how to get the bare basic Manasteel ore, which is one of the very first things you can actually gather in the game. I’ll even throw in an extra tip to help you find other resources!

How to Get Manasteel

Before we get to the specifics of how you can find Manasteel, let me share with you a tip that can help you find any resource in the game, including the one we’re covering here.

Whether you are in your inventory or a crafting menu, you can click on almost any item in the game and find the “How to Acquire” button in the sidebar that appears beside its information. This will bring up all possible sources of that item, including crafting NPCs, dungeons, and just regions in general.

In the case of regular Manasteel, it can be found in respawning ore nodes (either Moonstone or Gigantic Moonstone) in the following regions:

  • Windhill Shores (Level 4 to 7 zone)
  • Monolith Wastelands (Level 24 to 27 zone)
  • Abandoned Stonemason Town (Level 28 to 31 zone)
  • Daybreak Shore (Level 38 to 40 zone)

All you need to do is go to any of these zones and look for any ore nodes on the ground. These are marked on your minimap, making them really easy to find.

Example of Resource Nodes

Just in case you need further help and are unfamiliar with what the resource nodes look like, refer to the image below. There, I will include an example of the minimap icons, a regular moonstone, and a gigantic moonstone.

These types of nodes can be found in pretty much any region, but only the zones in the list above will drop the regular Manasteel ore. So, use the in-game “How to Acquire” option to narrow down your search, as you might just be mining gold instead of Manasteel.

Finally, you can also acquire these from Amitoi expeditions, though only the lower level ones with fewer units being sent off. As you increase the number of Amitois sent out, the quality of the materials goes up, so you would be getting the better version of Manasteel instead.

That is everything you need to know in order to get this starter resource, which you really won’t need that many of, at least not for your own character. While you are here, check out our guide on how to get Mystwood in Throne and Liberty since you will need that for a lot of crafting recipes!

Franco is a writer and avid gamer who spends a lot of his free time looking for the next obscure indie roguelike to add to his collection. If he’s not busy working or writing on his personal blog, there’s also a non-zero chance that you stumble into him in pretty much any multiplayer game that has SEA or OCE servers. He’s pretty good at anything unless it’s a fighting game, in which case you’d probably body him.
