Kill Leaders

The fastest way to get Forgotten Pills is to kill Sect leaders. Each kill will grant you 1 Forgotten Pill.

Cross Hill

Chat with Bao Dating in the Nameless Village until you get to the Cross Hill area. Alternatively, you don’t have to talk to Bao Dating and just walk straight up to the location to unlock.

You should be able to faintly see a crossroad on the map, Northwest from the Village. Then, you will have to fight Ye Yinping and win.

After that, invite Shuo Shuren and receive 5 Forgotten Pills.

Relic House

Clearing out the center table in the Relic House enables you to obtain 1 Forgotten Pill. Additionally, repeating this action when challenged to a rematch by the opponent allows for another acquisition of the item. You will only get one chance.

Also, clearing out all 5 tables in one go gives you a chance to get a legendary internal manual. 

Auctions

Auctions are the “infinite” way to get Forgotten Pills. During an auction, if a bonus item appears, you can hover your mouse over the vacant slot to view the tooltip for the item.

Currently, this has only been confirmed to apply specifically to the Pig Ring auction at the Dirty Street location and not to any other locations.

Sect Shops

Every major sect will sell at least 1 Forgotten Pill in their Sect Shop.
