M199x

 As part of the eagle corps, it is also part of a bundle that is almost a complete set and has an attachment: a pair of nocturnal googles.

Locus

It comes with an attachment called Project Enoch, a new version of Locus, and maybe a bundle item.

Morrigan

It is an entirely free helmet, comes with an attachment, and is part of the alpha pack event items.

Cambion

This helmet has three attachments, but these helmet attachments have different rarities and pose an issue to acquire.
