The Dissolution of Time is an Incantation that’s required to see the true ending of Hades 2, and Entropy is its key material. The thing is, finding this “Entropy” is a whole quest in and of itself. Getting everything set up and ready will take you over a dozen runs! But don’t let that deter you. Just read on, we’ll tell you everything you need to make the Dissolution of Time.
How to Get Entropy for Dissolution of Time | Hades 2 Guide

To get the Entropy required for the Dissolution of Time, you’ll need to defeat Typhon at least 5 times. Typhon is the final boss at the Summit, so he’s only fought on the Surface route. He can not be encountered in the Underworld route at all!
Manage to defeat Typhon at least 5 times, and you’ll then be able to craft a new Incantation: Disintegration of Montrosity. This will require the following materials:
- Z-Sand x1 – Obtained from defeating Chronos at the end of the Underworld route.
- Void Lens x4 – Obtained when you defeat Typhon at the end of the Surface route. You most likely have this already, due to the 5 victories requirement.
- Gigaros x1 – Obtained by defeating Chronos at least 6 times and talking to Zagreus in his room each time.

Once you have all of these materials, make the Disintegration of Montrosity Incantation. Then, defeat Typhon in the Surface route one more time. He will drop the Entropy special material upon this special defeat!
You can now take that Entropy and 4 more Z-Sands to the Cauldron, allowing you to finally craft the Dissolution of Time. At this point, you most likely know what’s left to be done… go fight Chronos once again with this in your possession.
That’s all you need to know to get the Entropy and make the Dissolution of Time in Hades 2. Doing all of this will set you upon the path to achieving the game’s true ending. You’re almost there, now!
