- Defeat Chronos multiple times on the Underworld route
- Defeat Typhon multiple times on the Surface route
- Continue progressing the dialogue and Incantations at the Crossroads
- Unlock and craft the Dissolution of Time Incantation
- Complete another successful Underworld run afterward
Once you meet all these conditions, the game will trigger new events and scenes that are tied to the true ending. Afterward, you just have to continue following the story normally.
