What to Do After Ending | Hades 2: Post-Game
If you haven’t done so, the post-game for Hades 2 really starts once you clear the True Ending. It doesn’t start once you get the regular “ending”, you still have more legwork to do if you haven’t obtained the true one!

If you did achieve the True Ending, however, then all that’s left is for you to just play the game. At this point, you’re just meant to go through routes as you see fit while trying out extra challenges via the Fear system. This system lets you take on challenge modifiers on your runs, working similarly to Heat in the first Hades.

Aside from that, you can also continue working towards fully completing the Fated Lists and their challenges. These will give you extra rewards and unlocks if you have yet to complete them. They can definitely take a while to 100%, giving you some goals to work toward even in the postgame.
So yeah, that’s what to do after you get the true ending in Hades 2. You just have to play for the fun of it at this point, going for Fear and Fated List challenges as your only remaining goals in this game. The game’s quite replayable due to its roguelite nature, at least!
