GTA 5 Online: How to See Players in Lobby and Access Their Profile

With the release of the GTA 6 trailer a few weeks ago, players are enjoying the GTA frenzy once more. Even though GTA 6 will not be released for a long time, players can still enjoy the very relevant version of GTA which is GTA 5.

With updates still regularly delivered, and the game being one of the all-time favorites among players, GTA 5 Online is more important than ever. As good as it is, it is not without faults. One such issue confuses players to this very day when it comes to GTA 5 Online. Namely, the players list in your lobby. Today, we’ll be covering exactly this.

First Option

The first option you can use to access the players’ menu is for those using the controller. All you have to do is press down on the d-pad once and then do it again. This will open up the list of players in your lobby. From here you can scroll through their names, select their profiles, and interact with them.

Second Option

The second, more detailed option is a bit longer but more effective and easier to follow. We will start by pressing “Options” on your controller (Settings if you are on your keyboard) and go to the “online” section.

You can easily scroll through different menus by pressing R1 on your controller.

Select the “Players” menu as indicated in the screenshot above and press X. Once you do this, the entirety of your lobby will appear with all players listed accordingly.

Now, if you wish to access someone’s profile, scroll to his/her name, press X and you will see multiple options to choose from. You can kick them from the lobby entirely, mute them, inspect their profile in more detail, or report them for disruptive behavior.
