Granblue Fantasy Relink: Protect Our Woods Quest Guide

Granblue Fantasy Relink features a few cool quests to complete. A lot of these quests have some additional optional objectives. These have to be completed to get an S++ or 5 Star rating. 

One of these quests is the “Protect Our Woods” quest, which can be hard to fully complete. With this guide in your pocket, however, it should be way easier.

Protect Our Woods Quest Guide

To complete this quest, you need to fight waves of enemies in a small area. There are some regular enemies and also a boss. As long as you don’t die and keep fighting, you should be good.

We recommend being at least Level 12 to finish this quest in the best way possible. In this guide, we are playing as Yodarha with the following skills and stats. 

Keep in mind of course that you can choose whatever character you’re comfortable with. Just be sure to be appropriately leveled and have good gear. That being said, here are some tips to help you clear this quest.

Defeating the enemies

Around the arena, you can find these exploding barrels. These barrels explode and do damage in an area. Through this, you can clear the “Defeat 3 foe(s) with thrown objects” objective immediately. 

Enemy spawns are located in different locations around the arena. Kill the enemies you see and then immediately move to the next area. You need to be fast because one of the objectives is to clear the area within 2 minutes. 

Your focus should be on using highly damaging attacks which also cover a big radius. At all points during combat in this area, you will likely have multiple enemies attacking you. By using area of effect attacks you can kill more enemies faster. 

Something to keep in mind is that before the quest ends, a final wave will appear. The objectives need to be completed before this final wave arrives. This makes it easier, as you only need to get through the 3 waves in 2 minutes. The boss is fought separately.

Similarly, make sure you’re not taking any damage. If you enter critical condition more than twice, you will fail one of the objectives. Once again, using attacks that damage multiple enemies can make this easier. When enemies are consistently being attacked they can not attack you back. 

Once you’re done with the three waves, there will be a few enemy reinforcements. Take them out at your own pace, as the timer should have a lot of time left. Once done, the quest will be cleared.
