Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: How to Heal Yourself

Like a lot of other action RPGs, your characters in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will have a certain amount of health points. The game requires you to restore the HP by yourself, so how do you do that?

How to Heal Yourself

In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, you can heal your character by:

• Using Consumables
• Specific Character Abilities
• Benches

Consumables

Consumables like potions are a great way to heal your character in this game. To use potions, you will need to open up the command menu and select items. From items, you can see all the potions that you have in your inventory.

The Mega-Potion can restore most of your HP when used. Consumables like potions can also be used on the other characters within your party. You can also use potions while you are fighting enemies.

Character Abilities

Certain characters in this game like Aerith, have access to abilities that can heal party members. You can use these abilities mid-fight and provide your whole party with a massive HP boost.

Benches

Benches can be found scattered across Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and are very useful. You can sit on a bench by going up to it and pressing Triangle on your controller. Sitting on the bench will fully restore your HP and MP.
