How to Get Legendary Bow (Wolf’s Snarl Longbow)

Like a lot of other weapons and gear in Enshrouded, The Wolf’s Snarl Longbow can be found in a number of different chests in the game. Depending on the area you are in, the level of the bow you acquire will also be different.

Unfortunately, drops from most chests in this game are completely random. So, a specific chest will have a chance of containing the Wolf’s Snarl Longbow, but it can also contain some other item.

The best way to get a specific item that you want is to farm it. You can do this quite easily with a certain mechanic in the game that allows you to reset chests using Flame Altars.

The best chest to farm the Wolf’s Snarl Longbow is in Scatterbone. This area is located right at the south-east edge of the map. Over here, the chest will be on a small platform at the edge of a cliff.

Farming the Longbow

Upon getting to the area, the first thing you will need to do is set up your Flame Altar. You can place it near the chest, on the same platform as the chest. Flame Altars allow you to spawn or respawn at the altar’s location.

Doing this is crucial, as it will allow you to utilize a neat trick that allows you to repeatedly farm the same chest. Upon finishing the setup, you can now freely farm the chest. Go up to the chest and loot it for the item it contains.

After you get the item, exit back to the main menu and enter the game again. Loading into the game now will spawn you at the Flame Altar you placed, and the chest will also now be reset. You will need to repeat this process until you get the item you are looking for.

This process isn’t hard by any means, but it can take you some time. Lucky will play a crucial role here. The bow could drop in a matter of minutes or a few hours.
