Diablo 4: Mythic Unique Farm Guide for Season 7

Trying to farm for Mythic Unique items in Season 7 of Diablo 4 is not too different from previous seasons.

Farming Uber Bosses and crafting with Resplendent Sparks are still the main methods. They haven’t been altered much this season, so veterans of the game should know what to expect. However, time-limited events are also worth keeping an eye out for this season!

Mythic Unique Farm Methods | Diablo 4: Season 7

Uber Bosses

The best way to farm Mythic Unique equipment in Season 7 of Diablo 4 is the same as it was in previous seasons: farming Uber Bosses. These bosses become available once you reach Torment difficulty, which is the endgame in Diablo 4.

More specifically, you want to farm these two bosses due to their increased drop chances:

Tormented Duriel – Can be summoned at the Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan. It’s close to Gea Kul. Requires the following materials to summon:

• Mucus-Slick Egg x2 – Dropped by the Echo of Varshan, the boss of the Malignant Burrow in Tormented difficulties. This dungeon is right next to the Tree of Whispers in the northern part of the Hazewar region.
• Shard of Agony x2 – Dropped by Grigoire. This is the boss of the Hall of the Penitent in Tormented difficulties. You can find this dungeon south of Ked Bardu in the Dry Steppes.

Tormented Andariel – Can be summoned at the Hanged Man’s Hall, Kehjistan. Close to the Tarsarak waypoint. Requires the following materials to summon:

• Sandscorched Shackles x2 – Dropped by Lord Zir, boss of The Darkened Way in Tormented difficulties. To reach this dungeon, go east of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks region.
• Pincushioned Doll x2 – Dropped by the Beast in the Ice, boss of the Glacial Fissure dungeon in Tormented difficulties. This dungeon is south of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks.

Note that you’ll need to get the materials to summon the bosses for every single fight. However, you can make things easier by looking for parties who are willing to split the materials. Also, keep in mind that these are some of the toughest bosses in the game. Only tackle them when you are confident in your build and abilities! Nonetheless, they are the best source for Mythic Unique drops.

Participate in the Lunar Awakening and Other Events

Another good way to farm Mythic Unique items in Diablo 4 is to participate in the Season 7 version of the Lunar Awakening event. The 2025 version of this event lasts from February 4 to February 18. So, as of this writing, you still have some days left to take advantage of it!

The event itself is simple. You need to go through dungeons to find Shrines. Activate them and kill all the mobs in the vicinity to earn Lunar Reputation. Get your Lunar Reputation up to Tier 10 and you’ll get all the limited rewards.

However, being at Tier 10 also lets you claim the “Unceasing Gifts from the Ancestors” reward cache infinitely. You can get one reward cache every 4500 Reputation. As you might guess, these caches have a decent chance of containing Mythic Unique items!

Farming the event is also pretty simple. You just need to enter a dungeon of your choosing and run around in it while avoiding mobs. Focus on looking for Shrines and activating them first. Once you activate a Shrine, obliterate all the mobs chasing you as quickly as possible. Each kill near the active Shrine will give you some amount of Reputation. That’s the gist of it!

Craft Them with Resplendent Sparks

The last way to get Mythic Unique items in Season 7 of Diablo 4 is to craft them. Now, of course, this doesn’t really count as “farming”. Nonetheless, it’s easier than trying to deal with Uber Bosses and it’s not time-limited like the Lunar Awakening.

You can craft Mythic Uniques by visiting any Blacksmith or Jeweler. Both of them will require 2 Resplendent Sparks and some other materials, as follows:

• Blacksmith – Crafts a Mythic Unique Cache which contains a random Mythic Unique Item. Requires 2 Resplendent Sparks and 50,000,000 Gold.
• Jeweler – Allows you to craft specific Mythic Unique items of your choosing. Requires 2 Resplendent Sparks as well as a combination of 18 Runes. The required Runes vary depending on the item you want.
