Sharks in Cell to Singularity are rewards you earn just by playing the game regularly. They’re tied to the Daily Mutation calendar, and you collect them over time as you claim your daily rewards.

That said, there are six kinds of sharks you can unlock after completing the Replaceable Teeth trait in Cell to Singularity. Each has its own unique ability and level of efficiency.

This is how you can unlock them all.

As mentioned, Sharks become available once you unlock the Replaceable Teeth trait in the Evolution tree. This is the last ocean evolution before the shark rewards start appearing.

From there, you don’t buy sharks in the usual sense or unlock them through accumulating currency. Instead, each one is a daily reward calendar trophy that pops up after enough daily logins.

There are six shark species you’re aiming to collect. They’re as follows:

  • Leopard Shark
  • Tiger Shark
  • Whale Shark
  • Great White
  • Hammerhead
  • Megalodon

Each shark unlocks as a reward after you claim the 14th Daily Mutation reward. There’s a new shark every cycle until you’ve unlocked all six.

That means to collect them all you’ll need to claim daily rewards for 14 days x 6 sharks = 84 days of logging in. You don’t have to play intensely each of those days. Simply open the game and hit the daily reward so it counts toward the cycle.

Moreover, if you miss a day, it won’t reset your progress. Instead, it just delays the next shark until you’ve logged in enough total days.

What Sharks Do in the Game

Sharks sit in your Ocean garden once unlocked and provide efficiency boosts to fish production. However, they’re mostly aesthetic and slow compared to hard gameplay progression.

For example, the Megalodon provides a huge multiplier for fish efficiency. Having sharks also unlocks the “Shark Week” secret achievement in the achievement menu once you’ve collected all six.
