Schedule 1 is still in early access, but even though it is still prone to breaking a lot, people are already loading up their copy with a lot of mods for all kinds of reasons. Whether you are looking to fix some problems that the game currently has or just cheat your way to the top in an instant, there are probably already mods out there for your needs. Here are some of the best ones that we have seen.
Best Mods (Apr, 2025)
There are a lot of mods to download from the internet, and they are all completely free. If you see somebody selling you any for whatever reason, which at least one individual has been outed for doing, they are likely scamming you.
With that out of the way, there are so many options for you to choose from that it may be a bit overwhelming browsing for them. Here in this list, we will be sharing some of what we consider to be the best ones to get:
Mod #1. CDXX – CDXX is a mod that adds a lot of what people will consider to be cheats to the game. Even though console commands are usually enough for that purpose, this mod does so much more that you can also trivialize so many of the game’s features and instantly make yourself a drug kingpin.
Mod #2. Movement Boost – Movement Boost, just as the name obviously implies, will simply give you a huge speed boost when running around the map. You can adjust this value by modifying the files, and this lets you zoom around the town without needing a car or a skateboard.
Mod #3. Packager Speed – This lets you increase the speed in which your handlers pack your drugs. If you have a large automated operation already set up somewhere in the map, this will make the finishing touches of the process go by a lot faster.
Mod #4. Enhanced Casino – The Enhanced Casino mod makes it so that you can bet much more in any of the games in the casino. It increases the maximum bet to 25,000 dollars, allowing you to potentially earn an extremely large sum of cash in a very short amount of time.
Mod #5. Cracked Out 2.0 Reshade Preset – This is a ReShade preset, which means there are additional files you will need to download to use it. Just follow the instructions included with it and your game will suddenly look much better than before. It adds a lot of post-processing effects that will barely affect the game’s performance.
Mod #6. Advanced Menu – Just like CDXX, this gives you a whole lot of tools to adjust the current state of the game. It also lets you teleport to various places in the map, change the maximum item stack amount, or even unlock all of the achievements if you really want to get them that way.
Mod #7. Enhanced Dealers – By installing this mod, your dealers are going to be significantly changed to further make your life a whole lot easier. They can now take on more customers and will no longer ask for a large cut, if any at all. You can also use this to automatically collect cash from them without having to seek them out in the map.
Mod #8. Always On Clock – If you are starting to get annoyed by the fact that you need to get your phone out whenever you want to check the time, then install this mod and you will have the day and time always displayed on your screen no matter what you are doing.
Mod #9. Auto Laundry Plus – As the name of this mod implies, this will let you automatically run your money laundering businesses without the need to manually go over to each building and start it every day. It is incredibly straightforward and will save you a lot of time in the long run.
Mod #10. Deposit Limit Reset – Another straightforward mod, this one will reset your weekly deposit limit to zero every few seconds, essentially removing it as an annoying roadblock entirely. This is also supposedly compatible with multiplayer, so if you want to use it with your friends, make sure that the host has it installed.
And those are just some of the mods you can get at the moment that most people seem to be getting at the moment. A lot of these may be broken or rendered completely useless with future updates, as the game is still in very early access with a lot of changes already planned by the developer.
With that said, be ready to replace or update whatever you install whenever the developer releases a new version. There have already been multiple patches so far, and more are likely going to be rolled out in the coming days.
If you have installed some of the mods here, then you are probably going to run into issues with inventory space because of all the resources you are going to have. Check out our guide on how to get rid of items in Schedule 1 to help with this problem, because having max stack limits removed is not going to change the fact that they still take up a whole hot bar spot.
