The Koromodako Cave is one of the many landmarks that house a Legendary Chest in AC Shadows.
In this case, the cave itself only opens up if you complete a certain quest line first. You’ll also then need to actually find and reach the cave itself to claim the chest, of course! As a reward, you’ll get a unique Talisman that’s ideal for those of you who favor a combat-focused approach.
Read on and we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get the Legendary Chest within Koromodako Cave.
How to Get The Koromodako Cave Legendary Chest | AC Shadows
You can find Koromodako Cave off the Shattered Coast in Wakasa. We’ve marked its location on the map above for you. You’ll need to find and use a rowboat to reach the cave itself. Additionally, note that you can only reach and enter the cave once you’ve completed the “The Pirate Alliance” quest from the target board.
You automatically start “The Pirate Alliance” during Act 2 of the main story. More specifically, you received it from Shido the Biwa Master during “The Music” while you’re hunting down The Fox.
Once you’ve completed that quest, go to the cave’s location on the map by using a boat. You’ll find a biwa player there, who’ll mention that his master told him to wait for you there. He’s free now that you’re here, so he’ll just leave! You’re free to enter the Koromodako Cave now.
Inside the cave, dive into the water. Swim under the stalactites and emerge on the other side of the cave.
You’ll emerge in front of a large cavernous room, the Legendary Chest will be right there in front of you. Just climb up the rocks to reach it and open it up. You’ll get the Legendary “Fujin’s Tempest” Talisman.
This Talisman has a unique Engraving that boosts your damage by 10% per alerted province. That means any province where you have a Wanted status. It’s excellent if you favor a loud playstyle, basically!
That’s all you need to reach the Legendary Chest within the Koromodako Cave in AC Shadows. Speaking of Legendary Chests, we also have a guide to help you get the Legendary Chest in Katano Castle.
