Granblue Fantasy Relink comes with a sizable amount of characters. All of them are useful for different scenarios, but some stand above all of them. These are the S-rank characters, which are the best characters you can play.
One of these characters is Narmaya. We will be discussing in depth how to play her effectively.
Complete Guide for Narmaya
Narmaya is a primarily attack-focused melee character that wields a Katana sword, using the element Dark. She has pretty cool movement along with her highly damaging skills, and is an excellent offensive addition to your team. She has pretty cool build options as well.
Skills:
Narmaya comes with 5 skills that all do different things. They are listed below:
1. Dance of Blue Petals:
This is a buff spell that increases defense by 40% and restores health for Narmaya. It also grants you 3 butterflies on use.
2. Utter Devotion:
This increases your hostility, meaning you are more likely to be attacked by enemies. It also reduces the defense of enemies around you by 25%. This buff also gives 3 butterflies.
3. Transient:
Transient is an attack ability that does a multi-hit combo to an enemy. Having more butterflies increases the amount of hits dealt.
4. Crescent Moon:
This is a long-range attack skill that deals damage. More damage is dealt depending on the number of butterflies you currently have.
5. Kyokasuigetsu:
This is Narmaya’s primary gap closer attack ability. It deals more hits with more butterflies.
Combos and Stances:
To make efficient use of Narmaya, focus on being fast and aggressive. Narmaya has a charged attack called Cleave that does massive damage, but it’s very slow and basically useless. When done after attacking with a basic combo though, its charge time is greatly reduced.
With good timing, you can go from doing a combo to charging Cleaver consistently over and over. This helps you increase your butterfly count. When you have a decent number of butterflies, it’s time to unleash all of her skills to annihilate your enemies.
Narmaya’s unique ability in Granblue Fantasy Relink is her stances. With the press of a button, she can switch between the Freeflutter stance and the Dawnfly stance. By switching between these mid-combo, you can make the best use of Narmaya’s unique skills.
Once you develop your timing and rhythm with her combos, you will find her to be one of the best melee characters in the game. This is all you need to know in order to get started on playing Narmaya. Time to get to practice!
