If you play Age of Wonders 4 on PC via Steam, here’s how you can locate your save and config files:
- Open File Explorer by pressing both the Windows key + E simultaneously.
- Click on Documents and look for the Paradox Interactive folder.
- Inside the folder are a bunch of subfolders. For the config file, simply click on the Config subfolder. You’ll then find the PlatformSettings0 text file which is basically the config file for the game.
- As for your save file, simply look for the Storage subfolder inside the Paradox Interactive folder. It will contain all of your save files to date.
PlayStation 5
On the other hand, if you’re playing on PlayStation 5, head to the main menu and choose Settings.
Look for the Storage option and choose between Console Storage and Cloud Storage.
This will open up a list of data. All you have to do is look for Age of Wonders 4.
Xbox
Meanwhile, if you’re on Xbox, head to the home screen and look for My Games & Apps. This will open up your library of games; simply look for Age of Wonders 4.
Press your menu button to open up a list of options. Choose Manage Game & Add-ons then choose Saved Data to gain access to your save file.
