Genshin Impact 5.0 is finally here, so it’s time to start figuring out how to go to the new Natlan region.

Natlan is the nation that worships Mavuika, the Pyro Archon. Getting to it is quite simple for us Travelers, thankfully. In fact, you don’t even need to have completed most of the previous regions in the game to be able to enter Natlan!

In this guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to go to Natlan as early as possible.

Go to Natlan | Genshin Impact 5.0 Guide

Pyro Archon Mavuika

You can go to Natlan in Genshin Impact as soon as you reach Adventure Rank 19 and complete Archon Quest Prologue: Act III “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”. You don’t need to make any progress in any region besides Monstadt!

Natlan entrance Teleport Waypoint

As soon as you complete the “Song of the Dragon and Freedom” quest, a new Teleport Waypoint will appear on the western edge of Sumeru. Again, though, you don’t need to have made any progress in Sumeru for it to appear. Anyway, click on this Teleport Waypoint and choose to teleport to it.

If the Teleport Waypoint doesn’t appear for you, make sure to zoom in on your map. Teleport Waypoints don’t show up if you’re too zoomed out!

You’ll appear right by the entrance to Tequemecan Valley once you teleport. A cutscene will also play to give you a quick introduction to the region. Additionally, you’ll also start the new Archon Quest Chapter V: Act I “Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn” if you already meet the following criteria:

  • Adventure Rank 40 or above
  • Complete Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act VI “Bedtime Story”
Pyro Archon quick start

Alternatively, you can start Natlan’s story by using the Quick Start feature. To use Quick Start, reach Adventure Rank 28 and complete Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III “A New Star Approaches”. Then check the “Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn” event in-game and select Quick Start.

It might be confusing as you’ll be missing parts of the main story leading to the new Natlan Archon quests, however. On the other hand, you can always return to previous regions to complete their stories later.

But well, that’s all you need to know to go to the new region of Natlan as early as possible in Genshin Impact!

Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
