AndrésBallet Twins Road is the last hub area you can visit in ZZZ (Zenless Zone Zero) 1.0, and it has a set of Mewmew’s Challenges for you to complete just like all previous hubs.
You should know the gist of it by now if you’ve been helping out Officer Mewmew ever since fate brought you together on Sixth Street. Help out the citizens and Bangboo of New Eridu to earn medals and useful rewards!
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to complete all of Officer Mewmew’s challenges for the Ballet Twins Road area in ZZZ.
ALL Mewmew’s Challenges In Ballet Twins Road | ZZZ: Zenless Zone Zero
Before we start going down the list of challenges one by one, we should first give you some general pointers:
- If an NPC you need for a challenge is missing, try leaving and reentering the area to force it to reload.
- There can’t be multiple NPCs in the same spot. Some NPCs might prevent others from appearing. Complete the quests and events for the NPCs that are available first so that the others can appear.
- The exact unlock timing for some events and commissions is still somewhat unclear, sadly. If an event is still unavailable for you, keep progressing through the story and leveling up your Inter-Knot Account.
- You might also need to complete certain challenges before later ones can unlock. Look for ones that say you need to complete “Part 1” of a commission and do those first.
- Check Mewmew’s notes. If it says Officer Mewmew is still investigating, you still need to progress more to unlock the respective challenges and medals
- Bangboo rewiring puzzles for the Timely Assistance challenges vary between players. These appear to be some randomization based on the order in which you do the challenges. As such, we can’t provide exact directions to solving these puzzles. Nonetheless, they should be pretty simple to solve.
Now that you know all that key information, it’s time to start completing all of Mewmew’s Challenges for the Ballet Twins Road area!
Keen Senses Medal
As usual for Mewmew’s Challenges, this medal simply requires you to find all of the missing Mini Cargo Trucks in the area. There are only 4 of them this time and they’re all pretty easy to find due to how small the area is.
Mini Cargo Truck #1
The first one we’ll go for is an easy one. Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area at the Ballet Twins Road and you should notice two flights of stairs next to you. Take the stairs going down then keep forward up the second flight of stairs.
Once you’re up the stairs, turn to your right to spot the Mini Cargo Truck sitting in a corner.
Mini Cargo Truck #2
Go down the stairs in the Plaza Walkway area and then turn to the side to find a doorway leading to the plaza’s entrance station.
Go through the doorway and turn to your right to find this Mini Cargo Truck on the back wall, next to a metal fence gate.
Mini Cargo Truck #3
After you pick up the previous Mini Cargo Truck, turn around to face the opposite end of the plaza station. You will find this Mini Cargo Truck on the exact opposite side of the station, sitting against the back wall.
Mini Cargo Truck #4
After collecting the previous Mini Cargo Truck, turn around and go through the doorway to your left. You will enter the main plaza at Ballet Twins Road itself.
You can spot the Mini Cargo Truck as soon as you go in. It’s on the right side of the plaza, near the handrail and a pair of plants.
Kind Helper Medal I
To complete this challenge and obtain its respective medal, you have to complete the “The Price of Lies – Part 3” commission. Now, there are some prerequisites for this one, as follows:
- You have to complete “The Price of Lies – Part 1” and “Big City, Little Ones – Part 2“ commissions.
- Both commissions become available in the Lumina Square area once you progress through Chapter 3 of the main story.
- Reach Inter-Knot Account Level 38.
With those prerequisites met, teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at the Ballet Twins Road during the Morning. As soon as you appear in the area, turn to your right to find a trio of students talking about something. Do what a Proxy does best and listen in on their conversation!
After hearing the students talk about some old book, you’ll be tasked with finding out more about said book. All you need to do is to enter the plaza station and talk to Mr. All-Knowing by the entrance. Talk with him about the old book and the commission will be completed, unlocking its medal!
Kind Helper Medal II
This medal requires you to complete the “The Missing 5 – Part 1” commission. It becomes available once you get to Inter-Knot Account Level 36 and reach the Chapter 3 Intermission during the main story. With those prerequisites met, teleport to the Plaza Walkway during the Morning or Afternoon. You should encounter a lady with a kid near the temporary fencing at the end of the walkway.
Talk with them and you’ll find that the little girl, Enid, is crying because she’s having trouble counting numbers. The mom asks you to help by finding items that can help make counting easier for the little girl!
For the first item, you have to down the stairs in the Plaza Walkway and enter the plaza station itself. You should find a man with a green shirt near the entrance, titled Casual Employee. Talk with him and borrow a calculator.
Then, head out onto the plaza itself, walking toward where Officer Mewmew is. You should see a blue-haired girl near one of the plaza station entrances, titled Aroma Candle Promoter. She’ll offer to give you a pamphlet with dates for various promotional events. A calendar should be perfect to help Enid learn the proper sequence of numbers!
With both items in your possession, go back to Enid and her mom. Talk with them and deliver the items to complete the commission and earn the Kind Helper Medal II!
Kind Helper Medal III
This time you’ll need to complete the “The Missing 5 – Part 2” commission. It will become available once you complete Part 1 for the previous Kind Helper Medal and reach Inter-Knot Account Level 38. Teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at the Ballet Twins Road during the Morning or Afternoon and look behind the monument to find Enid and Jackie overlooking the river.
Talk with the kids and they’ll mention that they’re planning a birthday celebration, but they need cakes and candles. It’s your time to help out, Proxy!
You can get the cakes by talking to Lynn and Ruby. They’re right next to Officer Mewmew in the Ballet Twins Road, so you’ve most likely seen them already.
For the candles, look for the Aroma Candle Promoter from Part 1. She’s still in the plaza, just in a slightly different spot. Check the plaza station entrance that’s furthest away from Officer Mewmew and you’ll see her standing in front of the benches.
Next, return to Enid and Jackie with both items and talk to them. They’ll ask you to take a picture of them to celebrate the occasion, so take out your in-game camera and snap a photo of them. Talk to them one last time to show them the photo and they’ll thank you, completing the commission!
Kind Helper Medal IV
This time, Officer Mewmew’s Challenges for Ballet Twins Road in ZZZ will require you to complete the “Don’t Get Lost in the Night” commission. To unlock the commission, you need to reach Inter-Knot Account Level 40. Then, teleport to the Plaza Walkway at Midnight. Follow the handrail while walking toward the temporary fencing and you should see a lady sitting on the ground.
Talk to the woman and she’ll tell you that she has lost her child and is worried sick, understandably. To find the child, go down the stairs and into the plaza station. He’ll be standing in a corner, next to one of the entrances leading to the plaza itself.
Talk to the kid and he’ll say that he’s looking for his lost Bangboo. Go into the plaza using the entrance closest to the kid and you’ll see a black Bangboo standing in front of you.
Of course, the Bangboo is looking for something too: a malfunctioning alarm clock! Check the back of the plaza’s monument to find a sparkling spot. Interact with it to pick up the alarm clock, completing the commission at long last…
Kind Helper Medal V
The final Kind Helper Medal for the Ballet Twins Road. You need to complete the “Pensive Phantom” commission, which becomes available only once you reach Inter-Knot Account Account Level 41. With those conditions met, teleport to the Plaza Walkway at Midnight and you’ll see a woman directly in front of you.
Talk to the woman, Reina, and she’ll say that she apparently saw the Ghostlord. As usual, it’s your Proxy duty to investigate what’s going on with this strange apparition!
Go to Officer Mewmew’s location at the Ballet Twins Road and walk to the riverside of the plaza’s monument. Look up to the top of the monument and you’ll see a white Bangboo just standing there. Take a photo of it with the in-game camera.
The flash of the camera will shock the so-called Ghostlord, making him fall right in front of you. Talk to him and he’ll explain what’s going on, saying he’s just an innocent homeless Bangboo.
To finish up, return to Reina at the Plaza Walkway and explain what you found. She’ll decide to adopt the poor “Ghostlord”! What a nice ending, right?
This was the last one of these Kind Helper Medals for Mewmew’s Ballet Twins Road Challenges in ZZZ. Of course, there’s still more to do around the area! We have to help out all the Bangboo and find the HIA Commemorative Coins, of course.
Chivalrous Spirit I
Our first Chivalrous Spirit help request in this area! To do this one, teleport to the Plaza Walkway in the Evening. Look for the temporary fencing on the far side of the walkway and you should spot a white Bangboo there.
Approach the Bangboo. It’s a Poetboo, apparently, so just listen to what he has to say to earn the medal!
Chivalrous Spirit II
Midnight is quite eventful in the Ballet Twin Road, as it has the most Bangboo help requests based on Officer Mewmew’s Notes. For this first one, teleport to the Plaza Walkway location and go straight ahead. You need to go towards the handrail overlooking the river.
You will find three Candidateboos there. Listen to their speeches to complete the request and earn your medal!
Chivalrous Spirit III
Time to, once again, teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at Ballet Twins Road. Look behind him and you be able to see a Sharkboo overlooking the sea.
Go down the stairs and approach the Sharkboo, named Sighboo. As its name indicates, it does almost nothing but sigh. Finish its dialogue by sighing alongside it to complete the request and earn your medal.
Chivalrous Spirit IV
Go to the Plaza Walkway and walk alongside the handrail while you head towards the temporary fencing. You should spot a Hungerboo to your left, next to a motorcycle.
Speak with it to learn about its dieting woes and you’ll complete the help request and earn the respective medal!
Timely Assistance I
The only Bangboo help request you can do during the Morning time in Ballet Twins Road. To start this one, teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location. Then, turn around to face the far wall with the benches. You should spot the Ghost Catcher Bangboo sitting on the ground, next to a corner.
Approach the little fella and rewire his circuits so he can get back to busting ghosts.
Timely Assistance II
Similar to the Morning, there’s only one Bangboo help request in the Afternoon here. To do this one, teleport once again to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Ballet Twins Road area. Turn around and you should instantly spot a sitting Butler Bangboo next to the potted plants in the plaza. As always, repair his circuits so he can get back to work.
Timely Assistance III
Once again, you will need to teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Ballet Twins Road. Turn to your left once you load into the area and use the station entrance to your left. It’s the one that’s furthest away from Officer Mewmew, for reference.
You should spot the Flatterboo once you enter the station. It’s on the ground next to the benches directly in front of the entrance. Solve the puzzle to get it back to working condition!
Timely Assistance IV
You can get this one right after you complete the Chivalrous Spirit IV help request. You need to go behind the temporary fencing in the Plaza Walkway area.
When you’re in the closed-off area, look for some plastic bottle crates by the entrance. You should spot the broken-down Multiverseboo next to the crates. Solve the circuits puzzle as usual to complete this final Bangboo help request!
Silver Talent Seeker and Gold Talent Seeker Medals
Just like in every other region, the Silver Talent Seeker and Golden Talent Seeker medals are obtained by finding HIA Commemorative Medals. You’ll need 5 of them to get the Silver Talent Seeker Medal and all 10 to get the Gold Talent Seeker Medal. As always, it’s a great idea to collect all of them since the Sage in a Barrel will reward you handsomely for them!
Now, let’s go over where to find each one of these coins.
Takeout Bag
Let’s kick things off with a simple one. You can get this coin by teleporting to Officer Mewmew’s spot on Ballet Twins Road during the Morning. As soon as you load into the area, look for a bench with a Chinese food takeout bag behind Officer Mewmew.
Just walk up to the bag and interact with it to get this HIA Commemorative Coin.
Old Lady’s Ladder
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Morning for this one. If the coin is available, you will see an old lady looking at a wall near the spawn point. Remember, you can leave the area and return to force it to reload when things don’t spawn!
Anyway, approach the old lady to see that she’s checking out a ladder leaning against a wall. Interact with the ladder and you’ll find this HIA Commemorative Coin.
Plaza Bench
Teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Afternoon. Then, turn around and face the far wall with the benches. Interact with the bench closest to the female student. You’ll find the HIA Commemorative Coin lodged between the seats. Lucky you!
Magazine Stand
Go to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Afternoon. Then, face the station and look for the entrance closest to Officer Mewmew. It should be the one to your right as you face the station.
Simply go through the doorway and interact with the magazine stand in front of you to pick up the HIA Commemorative Coin.
Kaibara and the Twilight Ballet
Go to the Plaza Walkway area in the Afternoon. Look towards the handrail overlooking the statue in the plaza and you should spot a man with a purple bucket hat.
Approach the man, Kaibara, and talk to him. He’ll rant about his issues with the host of the Twilight Ballet, then mention that she gifted him a coin. He seems conflicted over the coin, but he ultimately says he doesn’t want anything from the Twilight Ballet host. So, he gives you the HIA Commemorative Coin to get rid of it!
This is the halfway point for our list of all HIA Commemorative Coin locations in the Ballet Twins Road for ZZZ. You should now have unlocked the Silver Talent Seeker Medal from Officer Mewmew’s Challenges in the area, but you still need 5 more for the Gold Talent Seeker Medal!
Plaza Station Crate
Go to Officer Mewmew’s location in the Evening. Turn around to face the plaza station and go through the doorway to your left. It’s the one furthest away from Officer Mewmew, for reference.
Check the corner to your left as you go through the doorway to find a sparkling crate. Interact with it and you’ll find a HIA Commemorative Coin.
Walkway Payphone
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Evening. Check the handrail closest to you and you should spot a payphone with a woman nearby.
Approach the payphone and interact with it to find a lonely HIA Commemorative Coin. Pick it up so it can become friends with all the other coins you’ve picked up during your travels!
Walkway Vending Machine
Teleport to the Plaza Walkway area in the Evening. You can find this close to the payphone from the previous HIA Commemorative Coin location. Just look for the vending machine on the handrail closest to the river.
Interact with the vending machine to find yet another HIA Commemorative Coin!
Archie and Paranormal Activity
For this one, you’ll need to teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at Midnight. Once you load into the area, turn around and check to your right. You should already see the gray text speech bubble over a young girl in a dress, Archie.
Approach Archie and talk with her and she’ll talk about the latest Twilight Ballet episode. Just listen to her talk and she’ll reward you with a HIA Commemorative Coin for being an attentive listener!
Edge of the Platform
At long last, we’re at the end of our HIA Commemorative Coin locations list for the Ballet Twins Road in ZZZ. For this one, teleport to Officer Mewmew’s location at Midnight. As soon as the game loads, turn to your right and face the platform’s handrail, overlooking the river. You should spot a sparkling corner near a man.
Simply walk up to the sparkling spot and interact with the “edge of the platform” to collect the final HIA Commemorative Coin! Remember to collect your rewards from the Sage in a Barrel and Officer Mewmew.
Congrats, you’ve completed all of Officer Mewmew’s Challenges for this area! Make sure to speak with him again to claim all of your rewards. Also make sure to complete the challenges for the other areas, such as Lumina Square Page 1 and the Brant Street Construction Site!
