How to Pass the Alcohol Expertise Exam?
If you pass the alcohol test and all the other tests, you could make your character insanely overpowered. To pass this particular exam, here’s what you should do.
You can find the Ounabara Vocational School on the west side of Hawaii, on Harbor Street, near the Anaconda Shopping Center, and south of Dolls & Devils. Before taking any of the exams here, you need a little bit of extra money, as some exams are expensive, so try to have at least $300 on you.
When you enter the building, you will trigger the “Playing with Fire” substory. You must complete the Hawaii Proficiency Tier 2 exam before you can take any other exams freely. If you fail, you could check the answers, but if you want to do it the old way, you can repeat it until you nail it.
