Mayatat Shrine Puzzles Guide for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
You can find Mayatat Shrine in the Gerudo Desert region. It’s along the main road leading to Gerudo Town and its coordinates are -3285, -2516, 0023.
You will notice a large sand slide as soon as you enter into the shrine and sleds will start sliding down it after a short while.
This shrine’s puzzle is called “A Sliding Device” and we’ll take you through every step of its completion.
A Sliding Device Puzzle Guide
Stand on the sand and wait for the sleds to appear, then use your Recall ability on one of them. Hop on the sled and ride back up the sand slope.
Get off the sled once you’re on the higher floor and look for the large doorway to your left. Head there and go up the stairs to be in the next segment of the Mayatat Shrine.
You will find another sled and a controller directly in front of you as you go up the stairs, time to make a vehicle!
Attach the controller to the top of the sled using the Ultrahand and then drag the sled to the moving sand.
You should now notice some fans on a slightly distant platform. Grab them using your Ultrahand and attach them to the back of the sled so that they act as an engine.
Hop on the sled and use the controller to drive it. Head to your left first and turn to your right at the first opening. Follow the arrow in the image.
Follow the path until you reach a section with some stairs, then park your sled and hop onto the platform.
Go up these stairs to find a chest with 10 arrows. Not much of a reward, but it’s something!
Now get back on the sled and drive to where you got the fans. Take a left from where the fans used to be, following the arrow in the image.
You will notice the goal as soon as you go in that direction, so just approach the Zonite statues to claim your reward and finish the Mayatat Shrine!
