The Glide mask is one of the three pieces that make up the Glide set.

In case you didn’t know already, the Glide set makes skydiving and traversing through the air a lot more convenient in Tears of the Kingdom.

However, you’ll need to go to three different locations in order to obtain all of the pieces of the set. For the Glide mask, you’ll want to head to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower.

In this guide, we’ll show you how exactly you can get it.

Long story short, you have to complete a challenge in order to obtain the mask. The same applies to the other pieces of the set, except that they’re in separate locations.

To start, make your way to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower which is a bit east of Necluda. You can use the image above as a reference for its exact location.

Once you get there, you want to step on the blue pressure plate inside the tower. It will then launch you all the way to the sky.

After reaching the Mount Lanayru Sky, open your glider and steer toward the floating island to the far left as shown above.

This is Valor Island, and this is where the challenge to obtain the Glide Mask is located.

Upon landing on the island, talk to the Steward Construct who’s standing near the pool in the middle. It will then ask you if you’re ready to start the diving ceremony.

The Steward Construct will have you go through a trial run first. Choose the “Let’s go” option to get started. Shortly after, examine the Zonai terminal in front of you to start the challenge.

Continue forward and jump through the green ring up ahead.

The challenge is rather straightforward. All you have to do is dive through all of the green rings and make sure you go through all of them as soon as you can.

Completing the Actual Challenge

After reaching the final green circle, talk to the Steward Construct. This time, it will ask you if you’re ready to start the real challenge. This time, it will have a time limit of 35 seconds.

It will also ask you for one Zonai charge to start. Once you’re ready, start the challenge similar to the trial run you did earlier. Just make sure to finish within 35 seconds to complete it.

Speak to the Steward Construct afterward and it will then reward you with the Glide Mask.
