You might find a locked hatch door as you explore the Base Zone of Herta Space Station in Honkai Star Rail. Attempting to open it will just tell you that “triple authentication has failed”.

For this, you need to find a few keycards to pass authentication. Thankfully, you can find all of them within the space station!

In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find the keycards for this door and how to open it.

You will need to get 3 different access keycards to open this hatch. These are the Corporate Access Authentication, REDACTED Access Authentication, and the Thousand Stars Access Authentication.

The Corporate Access Authentication key can be obtained from an NPC in the Master Control Zone. Simply look for a man with an afro, also named Afro, in this area.

Afro is a lazy bum and he’s also very bored. Just entertain him by speaking with him constantly and he will eventually give you some trash that he’s too lazy to throw away.

Luckily for you, the Corporate Access Authentication keycard is inside the pile of trash!

The Thousand Stars Access Authentication is easier to find. Just look for a twinkling item on the southeast on the second floor of the Space Anchor Special Purpose Lab.

The last one, the REDACTED Access Authentication, is found on the top floor of the Storage Zone. Look for a big computer in the southwestern room. Interact with the computer and an old man will appear.

Exhaust the man’s dialogue and he’ll give you the keycard. You now have all 3 in your possession, so just head back to the Triple Authentication door and open it!
