Minecraft Legends randomly generates the game’s world each time you start a new game, placing a variety of structures across the game map.

One such structure is a strange stone monolith with a blue portal in its center. However, the game doesn’t tell you what these are or what they do!

In this short article, we’ll tell you everything there is to know about these strange contraptions.

Explaining the Blue Portal-like Structure in Minecraft Legends

If you came across this structure and you couldn’t figure out what it does, you simply didn’t meet the condition for it to activate. Or maybe you did, but you didn’t notice its effects!

These blue portal-like stone structures can be found all over the game world, but the game never tells you what they are for or how to use them.

The answer is a lot simpler than you might imagine, though. You simply have to approach them when you’re not at full health.

Do so and the structure will activate; look at your health while standing close to it. These naturally-occurring structures dramatically boost your health regen.

They don’t seem to do anything else as far as we know. The area of effect for this boosted healing is also extremely small, so you basically have to stand right next to it to receive the buff.

Besides, the health regen buff is lost as soon as you get away from the structure.

It’s a good idea to get close if you happen to be gravely hurt and spot one of them nearby. Other than that, they have no other uses.

Nonetheless, at least you now know what they are! Whether they’re useful to you or not is another matter.
