They’re the big and bulky ancestors of your small golems and are similar to the classic Minecraft golems.
If you manage to recruit all of them in one world, you will unlock the All-Star Cast achievement. In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find them and how to awaken them.
All Ancient Giant Golem Locations in Minecraft Legends
The location of the Firsts is randomized for each new world, so they have no set spawn points. However, they always appear in specific biomes, so you can use that to your advantage!
You can check the biomes in your world at any time by opening your map. Hover your cursor over each region to see what biome it’s in.
Additionally, you will need to get the Improvement: Wake the Firstsupgrade for your Well of Fate for 100 Cobblestone and 100 Prismarine.
However, you can only build it after you’ve found at least one First previously. You can find them as deconstructed golems out in the Overworld.
You will be able to awaken all of them once you have built that upgrade, but they will require a certain amount of resources each time.
There are four different Firsts you can find which are as follows:
First of Brick – A tanky defensive unit that protects allies. Can be found in Dry Savannah biomes.
First of Oak – A golem that uses its mouth as a powerful cannon to attack from a distance. Usually found in the Badlands biome.
First of Stone – Throws massive boulders at Piglins. It rests within the Meadow biome.
First of Diorite – Spawns smaller golems to bolster your army. Located in the Jagged Peaks biome.
You will need to explore each specific biome for them. They should appear as yellow question marks on your map and compass which makes them easier to find.
However, question marks can be multiple things, so they’re not guaranteed to always lead to Firsts!
That’s everything you need to know about the Ancient Golems. Go out and recruit them to gain a huge advantage over the Piglins.
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
