Let’s have a look at what this new update has to offer and more.
Animal Husbandry Guide | Everything You Need to Know in Green Hell
In order to catch an animal in the wild, you will need to use poison darts created using poison dart frogs. With these darts and the new blowpipe, you can knock out animals like the tapis, peccaries, and capybaras.
After knocking one out, simply wait for it to pass out, tie it up using a rope, and then carry it back to your base.
Back at the base, you need to build an animal pen where you’ll be placing your tames. You will need to feed them regularly by placing food in the feeding trough. Then there’s the water trough which will fill up each time it rains, which is quite useful, especially during the rainy season.
As for the food, you want to feed your animals any plant-based foods except mushrooms since they don’t really add that much nutrition. As long as you feed them regularly, you will be able to earn their trust which will then allow you to increase their population. Not only that, but it will also give you the option to pet them.
It’s important to keep in mind that your animals will die within 1-2 days if they don’t get food and water. Also, harming an animal inside a pen will cause the other animals within that pen to lose trust in you. You should also clean the pen regularly, as a dirty pen will cause them to get sick.
