WoW The War Within: Earthcrawl Mines All Chest/Discoveries Locations

Opening up every Sturdy Chest in the Earthcrawl Mines in WoW: The War Within will reward you with the “Earthcrawl Mines Discoveries” Achievement, but you’ll need to know their locations first.

Earthcrawl Mines is one of the new Delves. Despite its short duration, it actually has some loot that’s easy to miss if you’re just rushing through.

In this guide, we’ll tell you the location for every Sturdy Chest in Earthcrawl Mines so that you can unlock the “Earthcrawl Mines Discoveries” Achievement!

Earthcrawl Mines All Chest/Discoveries Locations | WoW: The War Within

Sturdy Chest 1

The first Sturdy Chest in the Earthcrawl Mines is right by the entrance to the Delve. Its coordinates are 45.3 and 15.2.

Check the western part of the large pillar by the entrance to find the Sturdy Chest hiding in the darker part of the room.

Sturdy Chest 2

For this Sturdy Chest, you’ll want to follow the first alternate path leading to a dead end you find as you go through the Earthcrawl Mines. Its coordinates are 43.5 and 27.1.

It’s atop a large rock next to the path, right before it hits the dead end.

Sturdy Chest 3

This Sturdy Chest is in the western corner of the first large rectangular room in the Earthcrawl Mines. As always, its coordinates are 32.7 and 39.6.

Look for an archway next to the slope along the tracks. You’ll find the chest next to the tracks, right before the tracks hit a dead end.

Sturdy Chest 4

The 4th Sturdy Chest in the Earthcrawl Mines is in the upper part of the same large room as Sturdy Chest 3. Its coordinates are 36.1 and 33.0.

Right after you get the third chest, go up the slope to reach the upper part of the large rectangular room.

Then, continue going north until you’re overlooking the lower part of the room. You should notice the Sturdy Chest atop some of the mining equipment in the room.

Drop down onto the equipment and you’ll be able to open the Sturdy Chest, despite the fall damage.

Sturdy Chest 5

Finally, the last Sturdy Chest you need to get the Achievement for all the Earthcrawl Mines Discoveries in WoW: The War Within. Make your way to the octagonal room near the end of the dungeon for this one. The chest’s coordinates are 53.5 and 82.1.

Check the southwestern exit of the room and look for the Sturdy Chest next to the archway. It’ll be somewhat obscured by a pair of minecarts. Open it up and you should automatically get the “Earthcrawl Mines Discoveries” Achievement, worth 5 Achievement Points!
