This one details the musings of Om’uqa based on the actions of the Nexus-King Salhadaar. Besides raising some interesting philosophical questions, it also counts as one of the documents for the “Secrets of the K’areshi” Warband Achievement! In this quick guide, we’ll tell you how to easily find and collect this document.
From Vengeance to Void Location | WoW: The War Within
To start finding this lore item, you’ll need to go to the Phase Conduit close to Shadow Point in K’aresh. Its coordinates are 45.19, 23.99. Use that conduit to start Phase Diving.
Do note, you’ll also need to have your Reshii Wraps upgraded to Rank 4. This is required to be able to find the hidden item, just like many other treasures hidden in the Untethered Space. If you do not yet have Rank 4 upgrades, you’ll need to do this later!
Either way, once you’re in the Untethered Space, you have to go west. Approach the entrance to the Manaforge Omega raid entrance and look at the console found at 42.3, 20.9.

The document will be next to that console, shown as a wrapped scroll. Just interact with it and read all of its 4 pages to count it as collected. That’s all you need to do to find the “From Vengance to Void” lore item in WoW: The War Within! This is one of the documents that counts toward the “Secrets of the K’areshi” Warband Achievement, as we’ve mentioned previously.
