Neverness to Everness has a hidden quest that can get you the powerful free “Day Off” Arc, and all you need to do is find Eclipse in various locations.

Eclipse is, of course, one of the many Anomalies you can encounter in the game. As for the Arc, “Day Off” is an S Rank Arc for Zero, the main character. It’s one of their signature Arcs, and it’s quite potent. Especially for something that’s free!

In this guide, I’ll tell you everything you need to do to get your hands on this Arc.

How to Start Eclipse’s Quest

Your very first step on the way to obtaining the “Day Off” Arc is to start Eclipse’s quest. For that, you’ll need to go to the Bureau of Anomaly Control (BAC) at 8 AM while the weather is Sunny. You can see the BAC’s location on the map above.

As for the time and weather, I recommend using the Time System feature. It’s available in the phone menu in-game, and it lets you freely set the time to whatever you wish! For now, that’s 8 AM and Sunny.

When those conditions are met, enter the BAC proper and turn to your right. You should see Eclipse, an Anomaly that looks like a woman, by the lobby’s corner. Talk to her here and exhaust all of her dialogue.

I mean it, make sure you exhaust all of her dialogue at this location. If you don’t, she won’t move to the next location. You can tell you did it right when she just starts repeating herself.

With that, you’ve officially started Eclipse’s hidden quest! You can now meet her at various locations in Hetherau. You do need to visit her in the right order, though, so make sure to follow along!

Also note that Eclipse, like her appearance in the BAC, only appears when the time is 8 AM and the weather is Sunny. She seems not to appear before or after 8 AM and during any other type of weather. Again, use the Time System to help.

Regardless, without further ado, let’s go over all of Eclipse’s locations.

Tracking Eclipse | All of Eclipse’s Locations in Order

Film Orbit Studio, Bridge Crossings

It’s only fitting that Eclipse’s first location is one of the first places you visited during the story, right? You can find Eclipse on the roof of Film Orbit Studio at Bridge Crossings.

Oops Chest, Illusion Town

For the next Eclipse meeting, you’ll need to go to Illusion Town, northwest from Bridge Crossings. This time, Eclipse will be on the roof of the Oops Chest (also known as Surprise Box) Gift Shop.

Bridge Crossings Shore

For the next spot, you have to go back to Bridge Crossings. This time, go east from Film Orbit Studio and approach the beach. You’ll see Eclipse at the entrance to the beach, at the top of the stairs.

Tikal Bridge

This is possibly the most annoying of all of the locations to go to, unless you pulled Nanally! Lots of climbing needed. For this one, go to the very top of the northernmost tower in Tikal Bridge. You’ll find Eclipse looking over the city there.

Bureau of Anomaly Control | Claim “Day Off” Arc

For the final location, you just need to go back to the same spot where you first met Eclipse. That is, the corner to the right of the BAC’s entrance. Talk to her there and you’ll automatically receive the “Day Off” Arc!

That’s all you need to do to get the free S Rank “Day Off” Arc in Neverness to Everness. It’s a signature Arc for Zero, so it’s quite a worthwhile reward! Especially considering that finding Eclipse isn’t all that hard once you know where to look.
