Death Stranding 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to Kojima’s complex game from a few years ago, and it can have a few mechanics that might leave you a bit befuddled. In this guide, we will be showing you how to find all of the facilities in Mexico to help you get 100% completion in the game, which is optional but definitely nice to have if you are an achievement hunter.

Death Stranding 2 – All Mexico Facility Locations

Before we get started, most of these are actually already a part of the main story, so you do not need a guide for the majority of them. More specifically, the first four facilities are all a part of the main orders that you will have to do.

Because of this, you should just continue on with the main story if you want to find the initial four facilities in the Mexico region. You will be railroaded straight towards them as long as you do not neglect the main objectives, which seems like a silly thing to do in this game anyway.

Now, there are a total of six facilities in the Mexico area, so that means you are still going to be missing two optional ones. These two can be found in the map below, so use that for reference to find both locations, which are not too far apart.

As you can see, they are fairly close to Ciudad Nudo del Norte (C1) in the map, so just head over to the highlighted spots in the map and look for the hidden facilities there.

The Bokka, which is closer to Ciudad Nudo del Norte (C1), is not particularly well hidden. You will first need to look for some lost cargo labeled with the same name first, though, and this can spawn around the zone where the shelter is found.

Just roam around the area until you find it and come back after. One possible spot is just alongside the long river, and since the surroundings are pretty barren, the lost cargo should stick out like a sore thumb.

The same tip, which is to find a named lost cargo near the area, applies to the other shelter, which is called The Artist. Again, this is found in a random place near the facility itself, so just keep roaming around the mountain until you find it.

While you are here, go and look at our guide on how to rest in Death Stranding 2. You will need to use this mechanic a lot throughout your playthrough, and even while you are looking for the optional facilities in this guide. It is a basic but essential feature that you should learn to take advantage of as early as possible!
