Accessories are one of the most important pieces of equipment in The Adventures of Elliot. Unlike weapons and Magicite, they provide bonuses that can greatly improve your survivability, make exploration a lot more efficient, and improve overall combat performance.
As you progress through the game’s different eras, collecting the right accessories becomes just as important as upgrading your equipment.
That said, there are plenty of accessories you can find in the game. While you don’t really need to use all of them, collecting all accessories in the game is tied to a Steam achievement called Accessory Collector.
So, if you’re aiming to get that achievement, this guide is for you. Here’s every location of every accessory in the game.
Where to Find Every Accessory in The Adventures of Elliot
Before we begin, it’s worth noting that accessory management is limited at the start since Elliot begins his adventure with just a single accessory slot. Fortunately, you can unlock additional slots as you progress through the game.
With that out of the way, here are all of the accessories in the game and how to find them.
Amber Pendant

This accessory only has one specific purpose: to grant you 50% damage reduction when fighting the Beast of Enmity. Since it’s an endgame boss, you can expect to find the pendant late in the game as well.
Specifically, you need to progress through the questline that leads to the true ending, the one where you fight Demise the Destroyer.
You don’t even need to do anything since the game will automatically give it to you once you reach a certain point in the quest.
Crystal Badge

Up next is the Crystal Badge, an accessory that doubles the amount of Magicite you get from killing enemies. For this one, you need to complete a side quest titled “Joy Blossoms Like a Flower” during the Age of Safekeeping.
Same as the Amber Pendant, you can get this one after progressing through the true ending. However, you have to collect the Amber Pendant first before the side quest unlocks.

Afterward, head to Carter’s house in the Kingdom of Huther as shown in the image above. Talk to him to start the side quest, and simply complete the objectives. You’ll then get the accessory upon completion.
Do take note that this quest is easily missable, so make sure not to miss this one if you want to obtain the achievement.
Defalling Charm, Expeardient Charm, and Flutterer’s Cape

The Defalling Charm is pretty useful when traversing lava and pits, as it allows you to negate any damage you could get whenever you fall into them.

Meanwhile, the Expeardient Charm allows you to traverse rough terrain such as quicksand, ice, and tall grass without any difficulty.

Lastly, the Flutterer’s Cape lets you hover in the air for a few seconds by holding the Jump button.
You can buy all three accessories from the Adventurer’s Protection shop for 400, 800, and 1,000 Tul, respectively, during the Age of Safekeeping. You can find the shop just north of Carter’s house.
Fortune’s Brooch

As the name implies, this accessory grants you the chance to come across fortunate and unfortunate encounters.
You can get this by completing the side quest “In Search of the Right Sound” in the Kingdom of Huther. The quest is only available during the Age of Safekeeping. Simply talk to Ikarus to start the quest.
Fury Brooch

If you’re a fan of chaos and destruction, then the Fury Brooch is for you. This is because the accessory turns any throwable item into an explosive, with the exception of Bombs.
You can obtain this during the Age of Magic by completing the side quest “Hildebrandt’s Research” in Wezyn, Nation of Magic. Simply talk to Ikarus at his manor to unlock the quest.

Afterward, talk to Hildebrandt, who you can find on the second floor of the Forthewor Institute. Complete the quest’s objectives, then talk to Fausta to get the accessory as a reward.
Gather Ring

This accessory increases Faie’s gathering range by 200%, making it useful if you’re farming a bunch of items. To get this, you need to complete the side quest “The Long Way Around” in Littlehope Village during the Age of Reconstruction.
This becomes available once you reach the Age of Magic.

Talk to an NPC named Diona, who will then task you with looking for Heurich. Once you’ve completed the objective, return to Diona to complete the quest.
You’ll then get the ring as your reward.
Golden Egg

The Golden Egg is particularly useful if you need a lot of Tul, considering this accessory doubles the amount of Tul that enemies drop when slain.
You can obtain this by collecting 35 cats across various locations. Once you have collected all 35 cats, simply talk to the Ailurophilic Traveler who you can find in every town.
Unlike the other accessories in this list, this one doesn’t require you to be in a particular era.
Lotus Chain

The Lotus Chain prevents the first instance of damage from ending your Bonus Time, making it quite useful for getting lots of loot from your enemies. It also refreshes the effect of your Bonus Time whenever the bonus level increases.
You can get this by completing the “Blow Your Troubles Away” side quest in Northern Hucarea during the Age of Reconstruction.

Talk to the Shrewd Adventure who you can find in the location shown above. You’ll then get the Lotus Chain as a reward after completing the quest.
Mole’s Anklet

The Mole’s Anklet works best for crowd control as it allows you to temporarily stun enemies when landing. To get this, you need to complete the side quest “The Principles of the Formanit Institute” in Wezyn during the Age of Magic.

Talk to Fausta in the marked location to start the quest. All you have to do is charge the Empty Core she hands you with magic from the spring. Once you’re done, turn in the quest to get the accessory as a reward.
It’s worth noting that this quest only becomes available after you have obtained the Western Caves key.
Potentiation Charm

The Potentiation Charm increases the duration of your buffs by 100%, effectively doubling them. You get this as a reward from the “One Lady’s Request” quest in Westerea during the Age of Magic.

Head to this location on the map to find an NPC named Hillalda. Complete her quest, which involves delivering an item to Hildebrandt, then return to her after completing the objective.
You’ll then get the Potentiation Charm afterward.
Scallop’s Charm

The Scallop’s Charm doubles your shield stamina recovery speed, thus reducing your shield’s downtime after your stamina is depleted.
This one requires you to complete the “Wind-tossed Adoration” side quest in the Kingdom of Huther during the Age of Safekeeping. Speak to the Devoted Attendant who you can find in the marked location on the image below.

All you have to do is look for her hat and give it back to her. After the quest is completed, you’ll then get the accessory as a reward.
Solid Bangle

The Solid Bangle is great for improving your shield blocking capability, given that it increases shield stamina by 10.
This is obtained by completing the side quest “A Promise Fulfilled” in Wezyn during the Age of Magic.

Talk to Ikarus who you can find in the location above. Complete the quest to receive the Solid Bangle as your reward.
Do keep in mind that this side quest only becomes available after unlocking the Age of Budding.
Sparkly Ring

The Sparkly Ring is perfect for improving Faie’s capabilities as it increases her magic recovery speed by 100%.
You can obtain it as a reward from completing the side quest “A Tale for Another Time, Another Place” in the Kingdom of Huther during the Age of Safekeeping.
Head to the Huther Castle and look for Euygene, who will ask you to head to Grandtree. After completing the quest, he’ll then give you the ring as a reward.
Starlight Sand

The Starlight Sand temporarily increases your defensive and offensive capabilities when reviving. You can obtain it by completing the “Fragrance of the Past” side quest in Whiterea during the Age of Magic.

Head to Carter’s location shown on the map above. Talk to him to start the quest, complete the objectives, then turn in the quest to receive the Starlight Sand as a reward.
Steely Charm

The Steely Charm is essentially a quality-of-life accessory that prevents you from getting frozen or stunned. This makes it particularly useful against certain enemies like Ulfr Frostclaw and the Flamerock Beast.
You can get this by completing the side quest “The Sending Flame Rite” in Littlehope Village during the Age of Reconstruction. Simply talk to the Straightforward Adventurer just south of Diona.
Complete the quest to obtain the charm as a reward.
Vengeful Bangle

This accessory causes you to generate spikes that can damage your enemies each time you perform a successful guard. To get it, you want to complete the “Beyond His Gaze” side quest during the Age of Safekeeping.

Talk to an NPC named Ichil in the Kingdom of Huther to start the quest. You’ll then get the bangle after completing it.
White Ring

Lastly, we have the White Ring, which is an accessory that enhances the attacks of your companion, Faie. For this one, you need to complete the “Artisan Spirit Across the Ages” side quest during the Age of Safekeeping.

Simply look for an NPC named Adventurer Brimming with Curiosity in the Kingdom of Huther. You can find his location in the image shown above. Complete the quest to receive the ring as your reward.
However, keep in mind that this side quest only becomes available after you talk to Hirk in the Age of Budding.
Wrapping Things Up
That wraps up the location of all accessories in The Adventures of Elliot. As you can see, most of them require you to complete certain side quests, with only a select few obtainable from the shop.
Also, some of them can be easy to miss, so if you’re aiming for that Accessory Collector achievement, make sure not to skip any of these accessories.
