Some of the best things in War Thunder cost Golden Eagles, such as premium vehicles or the right to create your own squadron. But none of the in-game activities give you a chance to get any. So, how can you earn Golden Eagles?

How to Get Golden Eagles in War Thunder

The most common way to get Golden Eagles is to purchase them with real money using the in-game shop. 1000 Eagles cost 6.59 dollars at the time, so the prices are not as high as in some other free-to-play games. And since the game locks a lot of content behind those, if you can afford it, you might want to buy some, though you should only do that if you’re absolutely sure it’s worth it.

Promotional Events

Other than that, Golden Eagles are also rewarded for participating in tournaments during promotional events. You’ll need to get high in the ranking to get a prize though, so it’s not the most reliable strategy. Still, if you don’t need much and you feel confident in your skills, you might be able to scrape by this way without needing to spend real money.
