With Throne & Liberty almost out for western audiences, tons of players will be flooding the servers soon, if they haven’t already done so with the early access packs. Because of this, friend groups might be separated due to server capacity issues. Luckily, there is one way to fix this problem, and this guide will show you exactly how to do it!
How to Transfer Servers
Transferring to another server is actually really simple, though it might cost you some money depending on when you are reading this. First, open the shop and scroll down to the Consumables category.
There, you will find the Server Transfer Ticket, which will cost you 750 Lucent. If you are reading this close to the initial launch date, this ticket is actually free until October 17 and one can be claimed every day until the event ends.
Just be warned that these tickets have a 24 hour expiration date to avoid hoarding. Also, during the free transfer event, there will be no 30-day cooldown timer for transfers (more on this below).
Upon buying it, click on the “Change Servers” button on the upper right corner of the screen. From here, you can now select your desired server from the list on the left. If you have a specific server in mind, leave “View available servers only” unchecked to see whether or not you can swap over.
Most of the requirements will be listed on the screen, as well as whether or not you meet each of them. There are a few more things to note that aren’t on this screen, though, so here is a summary of all the requirements and mechanics:
You must have less than the maximum allowed number of characters in the server you plan on transferring to.
Amazon has noted that you must be level 10 or higher, though at the moment, it seems that the requirement is only level 1
Your character must not have transferred in thelast 30 days. This does not apply during the free transfer event until October 17.
You cannot be in aguild nor have any pendingapplications.
All marketplace transactions must be cancelled or completed first.
All in-game mail must be read, andanyattachments in them must be claimed.
(IMPORTANT!) You can only transfer to a server within the same region. This means that you can’t just shift from EU to NA and vice versa.
And that is pretty much everything you need to know in order to transfer servers. Once you meet all of the requirements, just click on the Request button and it should only take a moment for you to be swapped over to the server of your choice.

Franco is a writer and avid gamer who spends a lot of his free time looking for the next obscure indie roguelike to add to his collection. If he’s not busy working or writing on his personal blog, there’s also a non-zero chance that you stumble into him in pretty much any multiplayer game that has SEA or OCE servers. He’s pretty good at anything unless it’s a fighting game, in which case you’d probably body him.
