How to Unlock Green Laser Barrier in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
As you play through the main storyline of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, you will eventually come across the Locate Brother Armias quest.

In this quest, you’ll be tasked with locating the hideout of an NPC called Brother Armias. Simply follow the quest marker until you reach the location of the objective.
As soon as you locate Brother Armias, a cutscene will then play. This will be a lengthy cutscene where Cal mentions to Armias that he’s sent by Cere Junda.
Armias will then hand over the contact codes to Cal, explicitly stating that they must never fall to the hands of the Empire.
Shortly after that, Armias will attempt to walk through the door to the side. Cal will attempt to stop him, only to find himself a second too late as Armias gets crushed by a massive boulder.
Shortly after, Merrin will arrive. She will lift the boulder that crushed Armias, only to state that he’s already dead.
She will then give you her magicked charm, stating that it will protect you along the way.
With the charm in your possession, Merrin will tell you to go as quickly as possible. The charm will grant you an ability that will allow you to pass through the green barriers.
It’s basically a dash ability where you have to press a hotkey to dash through the green laser walls. This will come in handy as there are other green barriers in other locations.
