Health items and the Chicken drumstick are your staple health items in the game. But with 39 other hungry brawlers with you, you might at some point run out of health items and food as they take time to respawn.
There is a easy solution to your health problem later on, but first, you’ve got to do a lot of hitting for you to get it.
How to Heal without Chicken or Health Items
As you rumble away in the game, you would notice a gauge on the lower left side of the screen. this rumble meter fills each time you land a hit on bots and opponents.
The starting cap is at 500. Once you fill it up you get a random perk. Perks are enhancements that make you stronger in the game. As you unlock the 500 cap, the next cap unlocks at 750 and so forth.
Fill up the Rumble Gauge
Each time you unlock a perk, the meter resets and sets a new cap for you to unlock the next perk. Since we are looking for something to help us with our healing issues in this guide then you should focus on getting the meditative perk.
Activating Meditative perk outside battle
A few seconds out of combat, this perk activates and puts you in a yoga pose where you regenerate health. It’s a pretty useful perk especially later in the game where healing items are hard to find. All you need is a quiet spot to activate and relax as your hit points restore.
All the perks that you unlocked and are active, are shown at the bottom right corner of the screen
