1. Accomplish all “Akasha Pulses, The Kalpa Flame Rises” Quests

The  Archon Quest Chapter III, Act V: “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises” is a set of quests that you need to accomplish to unlock the next step. The Five quests in the set are:

• As by God’s Side
• Through the Predawn Night
• Jnagarbha Day
• Where the Boat of Consciousness Lies
• A Toast to Victory

The five quests take up a substantial amount of time to accomplish, so it won’t be easy. However, once you simply focus on the task at hand, it will be easy to finish all 5 quests.

2. Unlock the Scaramouche Domain

The second step to unlocking the Balladeer Boss is unlocking the Scaramouche Domain. To do this, you need to head over to the Joururi workshop that’s located in Chinvat Ravine.

Chinvat Ravin is located in the location in the illustration above. It’s to the southeast of Sumeru city that’s near the river.

Meanwhile, Joururi Workshop is a hidden workshop in the forest cavern. It’s at a green misty tree that’s near the river.

Make sure to select a level 70 challenge or above. Entering this area will lead you to the Balladeer Boss himself wherein you will have to defeat him to unlock the rewards.
