Health is an ever important meter in any video game. If it gets to zero you die, and Grounded presents one relatively strange case where eating food doesn’t restore your health. To make sure you stay in top shape, let’s see how to heal in Grounded.
Fiber Bandages
The most basic of bandages and therefore the first you’ll need to get your hands on. To craft a Fiber Bandage first get Plant Fibers (they’re found all over the Yard, go and pluck the grass-looking plants) and analyze one at the Resource Analyzer to learn the recipe.
After you will need to get Sap. While not uncommon, they are harder to find than other resources. You’ll find them in Sap Clumps hanging off branches and over wood around the Yard. We recommend searching in the area near the Oak Tree.
Each Fiber Bandage takes three fibers and two saps to craft. An important point to mention is that they recover health over time – this means that their max amount of healing is not done instantly, so if you’re in a fight you’ll want to use the Fiber Bandages early on or you risk dying anyway.
