Genshin Impact: How to Get King’s Squire Sumeru Bow | Blueprint Guide

The latest Genshin Impact 3.0 update brought a lot of exciting and fun features to the game. From the newly added region, Sumeru, up to the forgeable rare weapons here.

For some travelers who use characters with long-ranged attacks, this update is for you. One of the most anticipated weapons from the new update is the King’s Squire, a 4-star bow that you can craft.

For this brief guide, you will learn the prerequisites of having the King’s Squire usable for you. This includes information on how to obtain its blueprint, and how to craft the bow itself.

How to Get King’s Squire Sumeru Bow | Blueprint Guide in Genshin Impact

For you to have this rare 4-star bow from Sumeru, you must first finish a specific story with Aranara. There are five different Sumeru weapons so you will also need to finish five stories to unlock the blueprint. For each weapon, there is a specific story needed.

The Tale of the King’s Squire is one of your stories with Aranara. You will need to obtain this to get the blueprint and to learn how to craft the King’s Squire Sumeru Bow.

Aravinay

You can get the King’s Squire blueprint by talking to Aravinay in the Tree of Dreams, but make sure that you are in the Dreamland, otherwise you must play the Vintage Lyre to take you to the Dreamland.

Go to the Sumeru Sakura Tree and face the right side of the cave entrance. In doing so, you will see Aravinay.

Talk to Aravinay and pick the Tell the story of the adventure with Aranara. Once you choose this, a list of choices will appear. These choices are the stories with Aranara. Now, look for the Tale of the King’s Squire. Once done, you will learn how to craft the King’s Squire Bow.

Crafting the King’s Squire Bow

Now that you have the Tale of King’s Squire, use it by accessing your inventory. After that, you can go straight to the Blacksmith inside Sumeru City.

Once you arrive, walk towards the right side and you will see Ahangar. Talk to him and choose the option I’d like something made…

Then, a list of forgeable items will appear on your screen. Scroll down until you reach the 4-star weapons. Choose the King’s Squire and select Start. However, you cannot proceed in making the King’s Squire if you do not have the needed materials.

Recipe for King’s Squire

The only materials needed for you to forge the King’s Squire are 50 Crystal Chunks, 50 White Iron Chunks, and a Midlaner Bow Billet. Other than these, you will also have to spend 500 Mora for the crafting process of your bow.

Once you click Start while talking to Ahangar, it will only take 10 seconds for you to get a hold of your rare weapon.
