As you’ll conquer more and more star systems, your enemies will grow in both numbers and strength. Naturally, you’d like to expand your own fleet as well, but this process is pretty complicated in Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2.

How to Build Ships in Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2

Battlefleet gothic armanda 2 how to build ships

To add ships to your fleet you’ll need to take a few things into consideration first. For starters, you can only build ships in a system where your fleet is stationed or in those that are connected via a warp route with a system your fleet currently stays in.

Of course, building a ship requires resources but it’ll also require construction points. Bigger ships require more construction points and every shipyard has a limited capacity of construction points. Small shipyards have a few, normal shipyards have average amounts and large shipyards have a ton, allowing you to build some of the biggest ships in the game.

Ok, But I Can’t Build New Ships at All!

Your fleet also has a limited capacity of ships. It expands every time you level up, allowing you to build more. But outside of this specific situation, you can’t build more ships than what you already have.

You can swap your current ship for a new one of your choosing, but other than that, you’re limited to what you have.
