One of the unique things about Zenless Zone Zero are the random events that take place around the city. Some of these events require you to help out Bangboos. And to make things interesting, the game rewards you for doing so through Captain Mewmew’s medals.

This guide will help you with the event that is related to a Bangboo that got in a fight with a cat. Completing this event grants you the Timely Assistance Medal II.

I Saw a Bangboo Fighting a Cat Near 141 Convenience Store in the Morning

This event is only available during the Morning time of the game. To get started, make your way to the Convivence Store (which has 3 Bangboos on the front). This Convivence Store is located to the right side of Godfinger Arcade.

Once you get there, you will find a Bangboo and a cat fighting each other as you can see in the image below. Now what you need to do here is fix the Poor Bangboo. To do so, interact with it

You will be given a random puzzle to solve in which you need to direct current from the power node to the node at the end by rotating pipes. The puzzle is pretty straightforward and easy to solve.

Once you solve the puzzle, the event will be completed and you will get the Timely Assistance Medal II. Go to Captain Mewmew to claim your rewards.

If you want to get your hands on more easy rewards then you should try to collect the Missing Mini Cargo Trucks of Sixth Street. Check out our guide for their locations!

Whether it's the old classics like Final Fantasy, Advance Wars on the GBA, JRPGs like Persona 4 Golden, Disgaea on the Vita or mainstream titles like Elden Ring, Red Dead Redemption 2, Haider has played them all. Even with 200+ titles under his belt, his passion for gaming is just as strong as it was a decade ago. Writing has given him the chance to spread this passion with others.
