If you got lucky and managed to pull Carlotta in Wuthering Waves 2.0, you’ll now probably be wondering where to get The Netherworld’s Stare.

The Netherworld’s Stare is a development material introduced in WuWa 2.0. Currently, it’s used exclusively to upgrade Carlotta via Resonator Ascension. That means this material is a must-have if you wish to make the most out of the untraditional noble’s gun-toting skills!

In this short guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get as much of The Netherworld’s Stare as you want.

How to Get The Netherworld’s Stare | Wuthering Waves

You currently can only get The Netherworld’s Stare in Wuthering Waves as a Weekly Challenge reward for defeating Hecate. She’s the final boss of “Chapter II Act III: What Yesterday Wept, Today Doth Sing.” If you’ve cleared the story, you can teleport directly to her location northwest of Ragunna City in Rinascita.

Alternatively, you can fight her early by simply selecting her within the Weekly Challenge menu. However, this is a Limited Time Early Access and won’t always be available!

Just like other Weekly Challenge bosses, you’ll also need to have at least 60 Waveplates to be able to claim rewards. If you want to ensure that you get The Netherworld’s Stare, don’t fight Hecate unless you have 60 Waveplates already. You also can only claim rewards up to 3 times per week.

The fight itself plays out mostly the same as it does during the story. Remember to focus on parrying her whip attacks during the second phase. Also, remember that Hecate has a 40% resistance to Havoc damage. We recommend not bringing in any Havoc Resonators for this one if you want to speed up the fight.

So, there you have it. Simply put, you just need to defeat the Weekly Challenge version of Hecate to get The Netherworld’s Stare in Wuthering Waves. Make sure to bring in enough Waveplates to claim your rewards and bench any Havoc Resonators you have to maximize your damage output!

If you want other materials and resources, it’s a good idea to fully loot every Treasure Spot in Penitent’s End. You won’t get any Resonator Ascension materials, but it’s still something nice to do while you wait for your weeklies to refresh.

Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
