“Intention vs Instinct” is one of the many side quests in WoW: The War Within, taking place in the Azj-Kahet region deep in Khaz Algar.
Meet with Greenspeaker Na’layro, who points out that there’s an unnatural gathering of nerubians in one of the caves. It must be the work of a Wormcaller, and they should be stopped as soon as possible!
In this short guide, we’ll take you step by step through completing this quest.
Intention vs Instinct Quest Guide | WoW: The War Within
You can start the “Intention vs Instinct” quest by talking to Greenspeaker Na’layro in the Hallowfall region of Azj-Kahet in WoW: The War Within. You can find him to the west of the Weaver’s Lair in the center of the map. His coordinates are 42.27 and 42.55.
For this quest, you will need to find and kill Wormcaller Iz’tikrine. The creature seems to be responsible for a large gathering of nerubians, which is terrible news for everyone. Accept the quest then head into the cave next to Greenspeaker Na’layro.
As soon as you enter the cave, go to the northern part of the cave approaching the holes in the wall.
Once you’re by the holes, turn around and look at the ground to find another hole leading down.
Enter the hole and follow the path all the way to the end and you should start hearing some eerie singing.
You’ll find Wormcaller Iz’tikrine using a Singing Stone next to an Ancient Resonance Pylon. In case you need it, the coordinates for its location are 39.26 and 42.26. Prepare to fight then attack Wormcaller Iz’tikrine and slay it!
Grab the Singing Stone from Wormcaller Iz’tikrine’s dead body once you defeat it, then return to Greenspeaker Na’layro at the cave’s entrance. Turn in the Singing Stone to complete this short quest.
